Pregunta formulada por el Grupo Municipal Vox, con número 2026/1.566.673, interesando conocer: Según un nuevo Plan Especial de Mejora y Reordenación de redes públicas en la zona de Montecarmelo -Valverde, se construirán unas cocheras de EMT para dar servicio a las nuevas estaciones del Metro de Madrid. Existe una parcela de unos 8144 metros cuadrados cercana a esa construcción, situada entre el Centro Comercial de Montecarmelo y la zona de la calle Nuestra Señora de Valverde, y denominada para uso Dotacional. ¿Nos podría confirmar el Sr. Concejal Presidente si en dicha parcela se construirá algún tipo de instalación dedicada a los servicios de Mantenimiento y Limpieza de la ciudad?
