Comparecencia n.º 2026/0209813, presentada por el Grupo Municipal Socialista, al Concejal Presidente al objeto de informar sobre la situación de déficit crónico en el mantenimiento de las infraestructuras educativas públicas del distrito de Hortaleza, las deficiencias e incidencias que se han producido durante este invierno incluyendo por ejemplo la falta de calefacción en distintos centros y aulas, las razones que a su juicio han provocado esta situación y por qué no se han resuelto de forma adecuada y urgente, y el plan de actuación concreto, con plazos y prioridades, previsto para corregir de manera inmediata esta situación y garantizar unas condiciones dignas y seguras para toda la comunidad educativa.
